NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS At Bold Personality Beauty, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. We understand that life happens, which is why we offer a 10-minute grace period. However, if you're late beyond that, an additional $25 will be added to your service. The deposit is non-refundable for reasons including but limited to; cancellation of event, date, change in services, weather, sickness, etc. Weddings and or package deals will also require a 50% non-refundable deposit for services. There is NO CASH in suite or location. All payments will be via square, tap to pay, Zelle. If cash if form of completion payment, it must be exact being no cash will be rendered. Deposits MUST be paid immediately on day of booking in order to secure appointment. Additionally, to ensure your safety, please inform us of any allergies prior to your appointment.
