Non-Refundable Deposits
At Bold Personality Beauty, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional service. Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. We understand that life happens, which is why we offer a 10-minute grace period. However, if you're late beyond that, an additional $25 will be added to your service.The deposit is non refundable for reasons including but limited to; cancellation of event, date, change in services, weather, sickness, etc. Weddings and or package deals will also require a 50% non-refundable deposit for services. There is NO CASH in suite or location. All payments will be via square, tap to pay, zelle. If cash if form of completion payment, it must be exact being no cash will be rendered. Deposits MUST be paid immediately on day of booking in order to secure appointment. Additionally, to ensure your safety, please inform us of any allergies prior to your appointment. Adjustments or refunds are under the discretion of the owner and will be discussed with client. Thank you for understanding our policies!

LATE POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
Every appointment is important and I make an effort to maintain a timeline for clients. Therefore, I ask each individual to respect these timelines. A 25$ late fee will be applied to service prior to the start of that particular service. The late fee is non-negotiable unless communication is relayed between owner and client, prior to start service.

NO CALL- NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL BE CHARGED FULL SERVICE\REMAING BALANCE
CHANGE OF APPT CAN BE MADE THROUGH BOOKING SITE
A MAXIMUM OF TWO RESCHEDULES IS ALLOWED PER APPOINTMENT. ANY FURTHER RESCHEDULE WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION AND LOSS OF DEPOSIT
NO ADDITIONAL QUEST ALLOWED DUE TO LIMITED SPACE.
ONLY PARENTS CAN ACCOMPANY A MINOR.
